RETURNS 

At HOUSE OF KURTA, we value your trust and ensure each kurta is checked carefully before dispatch. Since our products are worn for special occasions, we maintain a strict policy to avoid misuse.

No Refunds / Returns will be accepted if a customer says “I don’t like the product” or for reasons of personal preference.

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • IF We have sent the wrong item by mistake.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing defects.
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing customercare@riyaasat.in.
  • Returned items must:
    • Be shipped within 72 hours of delivery.
    • Be in unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition.
    • Include all original packaging (tags, boxes, hangers, dust bags, etc.).
  • Ship the product to our designated warehouse and share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Return pickup service is available on request for an additional fee.

-How do I exchange?

-Are there any charges for exchange? 
Yes, all exchange are charged at 200/-

Please select the sizes wisely, once you decide to exchange the product you need to pay 200/- Rs on the provided QR, once the payment is done, we will dispatch the product. We do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location. We do have people who rely on the salaries that we give, hence to keep up with the production we charge this amount. 

Exchanges are available only once. 

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at houseofkurtacontact@gmail.com with your order details and product photos.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

If the required size/design is unavailable at the time of exchange, we will issue a credit note valid for your next purchase.

Important Points to Remember:

  • If the buyer ships the item themselves, they must wait for the exchange until the item is delivered to our warehouse.
  •  Our Company Is Not Responsible If You Don't Have Open Video of The Parcel.

  • Parcel Open Video Is Mandatory If You Get Wrong Product. Our Company Is Not Responsible If You Don't Have Open Video of The Parcel. Because when we dispatch your order we take full video of the product before sending it.

  • In case you receive a damaged, Missing or defective product, please notify us within 3 hours of delivery. Provide a photograph and video of the damaged, missing or defective product/ package in your email. Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.
Refund Policy - HOUSEOFKURTA We do not offer refunds. Our policy is exchange-only under the specified conditions mentioned above.
